NO CANCELLATIONS ONCE AN ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED.

NO swapping out items once an order has been placed.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

 

Discount codes must be applied at the time your order is placed. Discounts will not be applied after an order has been placed. If you're experiencing any problems with a discount code, please contact us BEFORE placing your order at order.theeboutique@yahoo.com

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to COVID-19, All packages will be processed and shipped via USPS or UPS

within 5 to 7 days of order received.

WE OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100

PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME WHEN ENTERING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION.

We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, addresses entered incorrectly or packages delivered to the wrong address. We are not responsible for lost in the mail or any other issues that are not directly related to us.

Once you have received a tracking number, any issues regarding the shipment must be handled through the courier used.

Once your package is deemed DELIVERED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.

RETURN POLICY

At this time, WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.  Our store will allow an item(s) to be EXCHANGED within 7 days of receiving your order or you can choose to have a STORE CREDIT issued. If you have received a defective item(s), please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. You must send a photo of the defective/damaged item(s) along with the details of your invoice to order.theeboutique@yahoo.com. Please include your order number in your email correspondence. If we are not notified within the time frame stated above, your merchandise will not qualify for an exchange or store credit. The customer is responsible for their return postage shipping cost. DO NOT SEND ANY ITEMS BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST!

Thee Boutique will cover shipping cost resulting in an error made on our behalf.
